The commune brings together two complementary entities: Mandelieu, a residential and golfing town, and La Napoule, a seaside resort with a 1,500-berth marina and the medieval Château de la Napoule, perched on a headland above the Mediterranean.
Less prominent and less crowded than Cannes, Mandelieu offers more accessible rental prices while sharing the same quality of surroundings: fine-sand beaches, crystal-clear water, mimosa in bloom from January to March and easy access to the Îles de Lérins.
