Holiday Rentals in Antibes – Juan-les-Pins

Picasso's city between ramparts and Mediterranean, the sandy beaches of Juan and the Cap d'Antibes: with CasaBooking.

Antibes–Juan-les-Pins, a Gem Between Cannes and Nice

Antibes is one of the most captivating towns on the Côte d'Azur, with its 16th-century Genoese ramparts, its Provençal market beneath the vaulted arches of the Marché Masséna, and the Picasso Museum housed in Château Grimaldi — where the painter worked in 1946. The old town, sheltered by its fortifications on the Cap d'Antibes headland, is a journey into Mediterranean history.

Juan-les-Pins, the legendary seaside resort linked to Antibes, is synonymous with jazz (Jazz à Juan festival, founded in 1960) and the Côte d'Azur's finest sand beaches — a precious rarity on an otherwise predominantly rocky shoreline. The Cap d'Antibes, a wooded residential peninsula between the two bays, is home to some of the Riviera's most prestigious villas.

Our Properties in Antibes and Juan-les-Pins

CasaBooking handpicks properties across the three distinct areas of the commune: the Old Town of Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and Cap d'Antibes.

Apartments in Antibes' Old Town

In the cobbled lanes of the old town, our stone apartments capture the atmosphere of the historic Mediterranean, steps from the market, the Picasso Museum and Port Vauban.

Apartments and Villas in Juan-les-Pins

Juan-les-Pins is home to some of the Côte d'Azur's most prized sand beaches. Our apartments are a short walk from the white-sand beaches of La Pinède and La Jetée.

Villas on the Cap d'Antibes

The wooded, residential Cap d'Antibes is the setting for character villas with gardens, pools and access to private rocky coves. A discreet, prestigious address between two beautiful bays.

What to Do in Antibes Juan-les-Pins

The Picasso Museum (Château Grimaldi) exhibits hundreds of works by Picasso and his contemporaries (Léger, Ernst, de Staël) in a medieval setting overlooking the sea. The Cap d'Antibes marine reserve is excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving. Port Vauban, one of Europe's largest pleasure marinas, hosts some of the Mediterranean's most impressive superyachts.

Every July, Jazz à Juan draws the world's biggest jazz names to the stage in the Pinède Gould. The Route du Mimosa (from Bormes-les-Mimosas to Grasse), which passes through Antibes in January–February, is an explosion of yellow blossom.
