HOUSE RULES: Clearly stated in the listing and reiterated at the time of booking… We directly contact travelers upon reservation and cancel the booking if necessary.
SYSTEMATIC CHECK-OUT: Conducted at departure, including an inventory check and up to 50 verification points that you define with our local expert.
The deposit and insurance: A deposit of up to €4,000 is required before arrival.
The exclusive CasaBooking guarantee: In the event that tenant-caused damages go unnoticed, we act as the ultimate guarantor for repairs, ensuring full coverage and resolution.
Our support service: Available 7 days a week for any difficulties, we also provide direct assistance to your guests before and during their stay, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
