Transparency & Full Control – With each booking, you receive the details of the travelers, the stay dates, the total amount paid by the tenants, and the net income for you.
You will have real-time access to your booking calendar for personal stays and the ability to track all communications with travelers for complete transparency.
A Simple and Fair Model – The amount invoiced by CasaBooking is 30% VAT included of the rental income. The largest part corresponds to the re-invoicing of partner platform commissions (Airbnb, Abritel, Booking.com, etc.), which average 20% VAT included. The remaining approximately 10% VAT included represents CasaBooking’s remuneration for management and all related services.
