As soon as a reservation is confirmed, CasaBooking sends a first message to the traveler.

This message clearly reminds them of the house rules and emphasizes the importance of respecting them. It also allows us to confirm that the stay corresponds to the intended use of the property.

We also inform the traveler that they can cancel free of charge if they realize they had not noticed certain important rules. This simple step helps avoid the vast majority of misunderstandings.
